প্রারম্ভিক কথাঃ এ ওয়ান ক্যাডেট কোচিং একটি ভিত্তি মূলক শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান। মূলত প্রতিষ্ঠানটি ক্যাডেট কলেজ ভর্তি পরীক্ষার জন্য পরিচালিত হলেও এর সংস্পর্শে এসে শিক্ষার্থীরা তাদের শিক্ষার ভিত মজবুত করতে সক্ষম হয়। কারণ এ ওয়ান ক্যাডেট কোচিং-এর বিষয় ভিত্তিক শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থা, অভিজ্ঞ শিক্ষক মণ্ডলী ও অভিনব শিক্ষা পদ্ধতি শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য একান্ত সহায়ক। এখানে ক্লাসের পড়া ক্লাসেই তৈরী করা হয় এবং সব শিক্ষার্থী যাতে সমান ভাবে সব বিষয় অনুধাবন করতে পারে সেজন্য ক্লাস শেষ হওয়ার সাথে সাথেই ক্লাস টেস্টের ব্যবস্থা আছে। এ ওয়ান ক্যাডেট কোচিং-এর আছে অসংখ্য প্রশ্ন ভাণ্ডার যাতে একটি বিষয়ের উপর বিভিন্ন আঙ্গিকে প্রশ্ন করে শিক্ষার্থীকে পরিপূর্ণ শিক্ষায় দীক্ষিত করা হয়। এ ওয়ানক্যাডেট কোচিং-এ মূলত চারটি বিষয়ে পাঠদান করা হয়। সেগুলো হলো- বাংলা, ইংরেজি, গণিত ও সাধারণ জ্ঞান। কারণ যেকোন প্রতিযোগিতামূলক ভর্তি পরীক্ষায় মূলত এই চারটি বিষয় থেকে প্রশ্ন করা হয়। এ ওয়ান ক্যাডেট কোচিং-এ বিষয় ভিত্তিক শিক্ষক দ্বারা পাঠদান করা হয়। যাতে শিক্ষার্থীরা ঐ বিষয়ে নির্ভুল শিক্ষা লাভ করতে পারে। দুর্বল শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য বিশেষ ক্লাসের ব্যবস্থা আছে, কারণ এ ওয়ান ক্যাডেট কোচিং বিশ্বাস করে প্রত্যেক ছাত্র-ছাত্রীর সুপ্ত প্রতিভাকে বিকশিত করে যে কোনো বৈশ্বিক প্রতিযোগিতায় অংশগ্রহণ করে সফলতা অর্জন সম্ভব।
